Marco Bersani is an Italian attorney (Avvocato, Bar of Verona) and a Spanish attorney (Abogado ejerciente, Bar of Madrid), and the founding partner of Bersani Law Firm & Partners in Verona, Italy. He represents international clients — primarily in the United States — in Italian citizenship by descent (jure sanguinis) litigation before Italian courts, including 1948 cases and proceedings following Law No. 74/2025.
